Hellooooo everyone! Sorry I have been away for so long, but I have been working on getting my stamp artwork done and creating an enamel pin design.  All of that was for...MY KICKSTARTER! I am beyond thrilled to announce this! I have been working on this project for over a month and there were a few setbacks, but I have all of the samples done and now the campaign is live.  If you order the stamps from the campaign, they will be slightly lower than the individual prices listed here, mainly because I will be making them in much larger quantities, likewise with the enamel pin.  I will be working hard to promote this campaign but I will have more time for card videos now...I remember that I owe you all a video about making a pop-up card, I have filmed it, I just need to edit.  That's all for today, and as always, happy crafting!

Fuji Instax Mini 8 Review

Hey there everybody! I am writing today about the super cool camera I just got, an instant camera. I have been eyeballing these since they can out but the price tag was a little steep for a purely fun purchase.  However, I found a nice sale at my local Best Buy and decided to take the plunge...and I'm glad I did!

A sweet setup!

A sweet setup!

I wasn't sure how much film I needed, so I got 20 regular exposures and 10 rainbow border exposures. I bought more film 3 days later, not because I used it all, but I did go through 10 fairly quickly. The pictures are very cool and they are about the size of a business card. I bought an album that holds 120 photos so that I could snap all of the photos. I'm going to decorate it with some vinyl designs from my Cricut eventually too.

l really like the case too, I chose the light pink camera because I thought the other colors were heavy and the white was too plain.

The flap of the case snaps on and off.

Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and I can't wait to scrap these photos. Happy crafting!

So this was my first year going to Scrapbook Expo and I got my entire life from it! There were so many booths and activities! I had no idea what I was missing but now that I have seen the crafty promised land, I am already excited about next year. There is a Mega Make & Take on Thursday night and then an all day crop on Saturday and Sunday. The shopping floor is also open on Friday & Saturday and classes are offered on those two days as well.

The side with the vendors/exhibitors had lots of product but also lots of space to move around and be comfortable.

I went with one of my coworkers and it was also her first time, so we wanted to try everything so we did a Make & Take with Fun Stamper's Journey and Richard Garay was there! We made this super cute Christmas tag and even got a free stamp.

This is cool and it only took about 15 minutes.

Gab about Watercolors

Supplies, Tools, Reviews, Drawing, Cards, Crafts, Unboxing, Shopping, Diy, Coloring, ColorGabriela SimsComment

I love watercolors and I use them in various states, pencils, crayons, markers, and traditional cakes.  I have 2 travel sets, one is Cotman and the other is Koi.  They are both wonderful, but my only complaint is that you get 6-12 colors and you have to "make" the rest yourself.  This is common, but time consuming...and then I found the Kuretake GansaibTambib sets! They are everything!! I chose the largest set, 36 colors, and I could not be more satisfied. The colors are vibrant and smooth plus the box they come in is beautiful.

Then when you open them there is a color chart on the interior of the lid.

A handy surprise.

A handy surprise.

It took a few minutes to get all of the colors done, but the chart makes me even happier because of how the colors look, and this is on ordinary paper!

Completed chart!

The set includes 33 "traditional" colors including white, and 3 metallic colors.  Each cake has the corresponding chart number on the bottom, so that if you ever mix them up, you can reorganize them with ease. I have to say I am very impressed with the set and cannot wait to make some cards with these, happy crafting!
