Cutting it close! I used my new Zig Clean Color Markers for this, they make brush lettering so much easier!
I'll be doing more with these soon and I'll post a video of some techniques for using them! Happy crafting!

So I am really trying to keep up with this! I designed this card for one of my friends who does ballet workouts! I came up with the drawing, fussy cut it and then did a watercolor background.
I used foam tape on my fit chick and cut a craft dowel down to make the barre. I have a post for Quick Quotes coming up soon and after that I will be reviewing the Zig Clean Color 48 pack. Thanks for stopping by, happy crafting!
Here's my work for day 2!
A Hero Arts background stamp with an Avery Elle stamp set and some Copic Ciao markers.

I try to color as often as I can and I am trying a bunch of different mediums, but this specific challenge is for markers, so for today's post, I've included a mix of watercolor and marker.
I stamped my image and then used a Molotow masking pen to cover it while I did the watercolor background. Once that was dry, I peeled off the mask and did my coloring. To finish it I added some rain stones from Paper Trey Ink and stamped the sentiment.
These stamps are from Stampin' Up, the watercolors are Kuretake, and the markers are Copics. Check out the challenge (and a great website) at www.thedailymarker.com Happy crafting!
So I have been participating in the #sisterswithheartinart challenge on IG, and every week there's a new prompt, this week was "Peacock", so I took it all the way. I started by drawing on black card stock.
I used Prismacolor pencils.
Then I colored the body in and cut out the outline.
Then I got my bag of feathers.
Then arranged them behind the body.
Then I attached it all to a distress inked background. I also hand lettered the quote and mounted it on glitter paper.
This did take a while, but It was really fun, next post will be my first post for Quick Quotes! Happy crafting!
